Applications:

PP/PS thermoforming sheet,PP stationery sheet:PP/PS single-layer,co-extrusion two-color,double-side transparent sheets are used in thermoforming and packing industry.PP transparent sheet,dull polish sheet(coarse and fine),two-color sheet and some other sheets are used in stationery industry.

Descriptions:

PP/PS sheet extrusion production line is a simple and standard sheet production line provided by Jwell. It has the advantages of large capacity, good plasticizing effect, convenient operation and stable operation.The screw adopts the special mixing function and the high expectation chemical ability design, makes the plastic melt, the color is even, the extrusion quantity is high.

Hanger mold head adopts special double throttling design to make thickness adjustment more accurate.
Degree control 11ºC can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness, smoothness.The forming cylinder platform adopts vertical or 45" inclined arrangement, which can rise and fall freely.
